Living and dining space

The open-plan layout of Shurig Cottage is ideal for spending quality time together. Comfortable sofas and armchairs sit round a rustic coffee table with views through the large glass doors to the garden and hills. For entertainment a large smart TV and fast wifi will keep everyone happy and digital nomads can work with ease.

Kitchen

The recently re-fitted fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to take the stress out of self catering. You'll find an oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dish sponge, dish cloth and tea towels are all provided as standard.

Bedrooms - one King and two twins

Shurig Cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The master bedrooms has views to the hills and valley and all beds have high quality bed linen and towels included with your stay. A cot is provided if needed.

Two bathrooms

On the ground floor there is a toilet and shower room and upstairs a family bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. For a touch of luxury you'll find Arran Aromatics hand soap in each bathroom.

Outdoor Space

Doors lead from the living area to a small decked patio with outdoor table and chairs. In the adjacent garden you'll find a barbecue and picnic table for alfreso dining while keeping an eye out for the local red squirrels. In the spring, the sheep on the other side of our stone boundary provide an extra level of fluffy cuteness when the lambs appear! We also have 2 acres of woodland to explore and a stream with a plunge pool and waterfall if you want to fully embrace the natural environment!

Games Room

Excess energy can be put to good use in our games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and giant connect 4.
