The Isle of Arran is a very popular destination for Autumn, Winter and early Spring  breaks. The Island is beautiful at all times of the year and is the perfect place just to get away from it all for a few days. An island somehow is special in this respect just because it is an island. When you step off the boat you will start to relax and your cares are will be left behind on the mainland.

Rosa and Shurig Cottages are highly insulated and unlike many summer holiday cottages are fully heated, making them warm and comfortable in the "off season" months when the weather is colder. During the months away from the main season, as well as being bookable for full weeks, we make our cottages available for relaxing short breaks. If you like to cook, the kitchens in both cottages have everything you could require to produce a feast. If you don't, most of the island's hotels, pubs and restaurants are open all year round and offer everything from great bar food to a la carte dining.

Short breaks are normally part weeks i.e. 3 nights Friday to Monday or 4 nights Monday to Friday. We can, however, often accommodate different nights if required.
